When we first saw the house we instantly fell in love with it.

We had a lot of maintenance to do in an old property, it was about 30 years old.

We picked the Heritage range because we liked the exterior traditional build.

The outside of the house was full of character.

When we pulled up and looked at the show room I was blown away by the exterior.

To bring our old home up to the standard we got with our new Redrow home it would cost us around £30,000 which is a huge saving.

The windows had very little, tiny window panes which was very attractive.

It was a good combination of the old and the new.

You don’t have to live with the way that somebody else has chosen.

You can put your own stamp on the property right from the word go.

You could pick the tiles for the floor, the bathrooms, light switches, the door handles, there was lots of things to choose from.

We decided to get the Heritage Collection mostly because of the kerbside appeal – it’s just beautiful from the outside.

If you look around all the different builders, the estates around about you can’t tell which builders which but with New Heritage range you can spot Redrow a mile off.
