Transcript for Redrow Homes wins 5 Star award for customer satisfaction

Taking pride in a job well done certainly seems to be paying off for us at Redrow Homes – and, more importantly, giving our customers what they want.

Featuring our customers and staff in our new 'Our Pride ~ Your Joy' campaign, we've just become one of a handful of companies to receive a 5-star rating in the Home Builders Federation annual customer satisfaction survey.

The top standard is reserved for companies where over 90% of customers would recommend them to a friend; and where at least 90% of purchasers are satisfied with the quality of their new home.

Redrow has out-performed almost all of the major house builders, but we don't intend to stop now.

Maintaining and further improving customer service levels across the group remains a top priority for us all at Redrow.
